Factors That Influence Your Quote
- Event duration — 4-hour cocktail, 6-hour wedding, or unlimited luxury package. Longer events include richer package contents.
- Event type — wedding, corporate launch, trade show, engagement, birthday. Each requires different technical gear and operations.
- City and logistics — Istanbul events include shipping. For nationwide events, shipping + logistics are shown as separate line items.
- Customization — standard logo-branded frame is free. Custom theme design, brand-color backdrops, love story slideshows are standard in Premium and Luxury packages.
- Guest count — for large events (500+ people), we recommend two photo booths. A single booth serves 150-300 guests comfortably in 4-5 hours.

0% VAT Advantage — Technopark Company
Harikalar is a technopark company developed and commercialized at Çanakkale Teknopark R&D center. Under VAT Law Temporary Article 20/1, software usage fees are invoiced with 0% VAT. This provides tax advantages on software line items in your quote.
Equipment rental, equipment sales and operator services are invoiced with standard VAT as separate items. The quote shows all tax details transparently — no surprises.
Discount and Advantage Packages
We apply extra discounts in specific cases:
Early booking — booking 3+ months before your event qualifies for a special discount. Especially in busy seasons (May-September weddings, November-December corporate events), we recommend booking well in advance.
Combined events — booking wedding + henna night together qualifies for a second-event discount. Same applies for engagement + wedding combinations.
Annual corporate contract — if you need 3+ events per year, our annual corporate package includes additional discounts. Ideal for launches, conferences, trade shows, employee parties.
